This thread has been hijacked by rare wanted missions (chests) viz a vi rare elemental quests.
Oh well. Since posting the rare quests seem to spawn about 2-3 times a month (they haven’t disappeared) although their stage 4 loot has been reduced in quality.

A hidden blade and compass are offered as reward for completing the final stage.
one fire ascension item. out of ten rewards. hats off to the devs I’m sure everyone that can do the 2100 rated fourth tier is in desperate need of those province 1 ascension items…
I’d love any decent rewards for lower levels. Surely there are “ascension” items that are farmable (like boots and chainmail), that would be helpful to get for players who can’t yet take on that last level. 
“Morlovia”, the rare dark quest is up, as of 16, August, 2017, 10 days since the last rare quest (Mount Umbar).
A royal tabard and tall boots are the rare rewards for the final stage.

FYI, per @mhalttu Farholme Pass is a neutral quest, and not Nature based, just has a green icon. They plan to update the icon in 1.6
We had another Shiloh Desert (holy) on 9/9/17 I believe. It spawned in the middle of the Pirates of Corellia monthly special event and I was so busy with that I didn’t record the rare quest spawn, so correct me if I am wrong.
Also I believe we had another Farholme Pass with a Tome of Tactics legendary item instead of the usual Damascus Blade. Anyone have a date on that spawn?
Shiloh was 9/7 (well, PST, 9/8 EST).
Farholme was 9/3 PST though I lost the timestamp.

Note: final levels got buffed power requirements from the prior screen shot, +130 for the compass and +190 for the damascus blade for recommended team strength.
Power levels differ from event to event, per the devs. I’ve seen as high as 3300+ and as low as 2900 for the last ‘very hard’ mission.
Yep - immediately noticed the increased attack power requirements on the last level in particular, but across the board they are up.
I wish the rewards were the same as last time, I need me some fine gloves, lol.
There are complete battle items this time as opposed to crappy ingredients so it makes sense to me the power would be up.
The devs have explicitly stated that they vary the power ratings. This increase is just a variation, not due to the change. The change was in 1.6, that elemental themed rare quests will have the 3* and 4* (titan or chest only) items on the last two missions. They also updated the icon so that Farholme Pass was not mistaken for a Nature Rare Quest.
