Yes, it is possible to view the original hero, previous costume and new costume with these super costume bonus.

Isarnia C#2 is different skill. Reduce attack. Give @PlayForFun some time to recheck his OP.

No, you can choose to level either of the costume.
If you want, then you can level one, and leave the other at 1/1.
But of course the base hero needs to be leveled.
