Event Bonus: Morale Boost

• In War of the Three Kingdoms, fielding a Kingdom Hero will grant a stats boost of +10% attack, +3% defense, and +7% health to all allied Heroes during the battle

Will these heroes be available for summoning during the global beta version of War of Kingdoms which arrives next Monday?

I am 99.99% sure about that the answer is no as this Beta Build testing will end after the Global Beta is started.
