For Springvale, there used to be 0.6% chance for seasonal legendary in 2019, and 1.5% in 2020. Epic heroes also improved from 3.2% to 5.7% and rares from 8% to 14.2%. For S1 legendaries, there’s still 1% chance to grab them and 1.3% at HotM.

I forget about the rare and legendary, but unlike springvale, due to the number of heroes, sand empires 4* have 5.7% odds to begin with.
