Btw one more thing: this means that those 0.2% to get featured hero are in fact 0.2*1.58 = 0.316%. IMHO still not worth the extra charge, but miles above the Birthday Summon.

Btw does this portal include Secret Heroes such as Myztero and the new Investigators or Cultists? Main text would imply that yes but I am not so sure, especially after latest Super-Elemental Portal (which should include them by text but did not).

I think Secret heroes are excluded from the portal.

I donât know if Iâve taken a wrong turn mentally, but doesnât the bonus summons at the end of each turn make it better to make 10 individual summons instead of one 10 summon?
This would give you 10 times the chance of one to 9 additional summons.
Or would a 10-summon then be evaluated 10 times the bonus chance and added together to give you between 0 and 90 additional heroes? 
Perhaps someone has already tried it and can report back
