This balance change from the OP tho is addressing this thread where An-Windr appears as the final boss.

I think there might be something happening with an-windr damage calculation in s3 7.10 hard. Have done this a couple of times now and whenever the special is active when he dies he is doing huge amount of damage [Screenshot_20200425-212458] [Screenshot_20200425-213554]
