We are already have this about six months 
I have Vella at max, but not use her at most of situations. If Vella will be nerfed - nothing will be changed in meta. Before Telluriaâs release, nobody took Vella seriously.

Right, I said that many times too.
I fought other greens flanked by Vela, they are piece of cake. Telluria boost Vela by delaying Mitsuko. Of course I donât know how others fare without MitsukoâŠ

JF, Rigard (23 troops w/o costume or 1/5 with costume), Grazul, Malosi or Zimkifa. Of course you must gain mana before Tella/Vella strike
Thatâs exactly what I was trying to say. If they donât break Telluria there is no incentive to change her in the tank role.
Please Be clever ⊠Vela has nothing to do with telluria. working on vela wonât change a thing or maybe SG decided to never do a new good blue hero ? the problem will always come back each time theyâll realease a blue hero who deal damage to all ennemies.
Maybe reduce the damage on fire hero dealt by vela and give her reduction damage to all ennemies, ok. But donât forget to work on Telluria who is the main problem bu far !!!

Not me I have both. In all 3 examples being tested Teluria still remains rock solid as a tank and doesnât change much. Changes to Vela will make her pretty weak and much much different then when she was released as HOTM. If the final nerf is too severe players will just put in another Ice hero to flank. Then the problem Will still exist that Teluria/GM and alternate Ice hero will dominate the leaderboards and war. I donât think players will want to move emblems around to many different heroâs to create a new defense. So the ultimate goal for SG to bring diversity in leaderboards wont be accomplished with any of these 3 examples. IMO

Exactly and i fail to see how development team is not realising this actual issue. It is so weird that they think nerfing. Vela will completely change the top defences.
Not at all, the only thing it will achieve is replacing Vela with another blue hero. Those players who invested crazy and have their teams maxed, already have many other alternatives. They just didnât change them yet as the synergy currently works perfect. The new synergy will not be different either.

Part of the issue is moving emblems. As many have posted before if there was a way to transfer emblems between heroâs with out using all those resources again I think players would definitely consider that more. For me putting 20 emblems on a hero is a good week worth of food and iron. Maybe faster during AR. But imagine changing several just to test if a certain combo will work. NEWSFLASH Iâm not doing all that work when my current defense is pretty solid.

Even the regular Magni will be effective. Of course costume version will be deadlier. But players who have Finley in their lineup will be even more deadlier than GTV and will be more painful to deal with.
I really can easily imagine if top defences will feature Finley, It can completely break the game.
It could be Magni because so many other ice heroâs are Paladins that are more readily available. Finley is awesome but harder to come by. Curious to see what people decide to do
Finley user actually put him as wing and use another blue as the flank.
Sure he does better on wing, but still he would stil be as deadly as a flank on Tel + GM combo.
Fenrir can also be a replacement but he is also more rare. But i must say i way more Finley lately on War and Raid defences.
Fenrir is bad on defense so no way he take her place.He is a beast but only offense.

Why should I be penalized? I have Vela but I donât have Telluria and GM. Vela has 19 talents and I use it to do season 3, the only green I have is Helkanen. I donât think the Elkanen - Vela duo are unbeatable. Then donât complain if users stop playing.

Whatever happens, it would be nice to have some variation in tanks at the top of raids and in wars again. I donât like the idea of nerfing to get it. There are better routes to achieve that end.
