I dont believe so

Think it would only apply to his normal damage such as slash and tile damage

Seems to be the way it works for lady locke when i use her anyways

@Kerridoc talents are not triggered by DoT correct?

Would be cool, if Cheshire could cast delay due to his non ripostable AoE.

DoT will not proc Delay. Monk’s Withstand may proc to avoid DoT.
