Does Boldtusk improve attack of tiles or just specials?

Hi all,

This might be a dumb question, but does the increase in attack Boldtusk gives a team apply to the tiles on the board as well as the team’s specials, or just their specials?

Boldtusk increases each living heroes attack by a %. That attack power increase will output more damage on their specials AND the tiles.

He increases both I believe.
