At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +15% attack, and a further 1% increase every time they are hit during 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

I’ll be interested in seeing poll results once a decent number have voted. I got c Sartana from HA a while back, and, already having Sartana maxed (but not really ever using her) I maxed the costume. I have pretty good purple heroes for attack, and haven’t had the chance to emblem her yet, so she still goes mainly unused. Maybe at some point I’ll be able to find some emblems for her, but I have a lot of Wizards, it seems.
she’s still a good hero, but as always depends who else you have.
She rarely makes it to my main mono Purple team, but I do have Seshat and C-Domitia/Domitia. both of them make good snipers and have other utility, that puts them ahead of C-Sartana (especially as speed-wise, they are equal or almost as fast…)
but C-Sarty still gets used in all my wars and for tower depth.
cSartana was an mainstay in my Dark team. Her being a fighter, along with cJoon, made my decision to put her in my defense very easy. However, she hasn’t seen much action now that my Dark team has had some great additions.
Still, she can be very useful. My only gripe is that she she only has the direct hit, and if you count it, her fighter skill revive. She would be deadly if she had poison DoT or some sort of cleansing or dispelling trick. Heck, even a defense down would be good. But all she do is hit, hit hit, no matter what.
the one niche I do see for her as a “plain” hitter, is the Towers - higher floors, where status effects last shorter. My c-Sartana and my Lianna see a lot of us there (alongside my Springvale heroes)!
I´m so desperate for a Sniper Dark Hero, that I continue to hope to see her find her way to me. (I have eight Elena´s just trolling around by now - classic RNG, that!
If you don’t use Sartana, the costume doesn’t help much. Magic tower is the place I use my CB.Sartana the most. Solid damage, can handle up to 5 curses, and if she does get cursed, I’m not too upset as she’s not necessarily vital.
I think she will be useful for now, but as your roster grows she will fall by the wayside.
I used to rely on her a lot, bringing her and Seshat together.
Then I got C-Domitia, and began using c-Domi more for the utility.
Now with Bera, c-Victor, Nyx, Amethyst all joining my roster, I only use c-Sartana now in Contest of Elements and earlier levels of Tower events. still for depth, but that’s it.
you do have your base form at 3/70 though, so why not? am sure she will serve you well until you get enough newer heroes to replace her.
and although the base form does have higher damage output when including the poison damage, I often used her in costume form for the higher initial snipe - better to take a dangerous hero out right away (plus, I had Proteus and Bera also dealing poison damage, so it would overwrite anyway )
If Sartana isn’t in play, the costume doesn’t offer significant benefits. The magic tower is where I primarily deploy my costumed Boldtusk. Sartana sees more action there, providing reliable damage output and capable of withstanding up to 5 curses. Even if she does get cursed, it’s not a major setback since she’s not indispensable to my strategy. However, I find myself utilizing Turgruk more frequently than costumed Boldtusk.
Well barely used her this last tower. Toon Obakan gives four options to rack up curses and much higher stats for me. I also used proteus on early levels. As a wizard he could handle curses too.
