defense-up Defense Up At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% defense for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:hourglass: Ability: Toon
-75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Toon of Judgment
  • Deals 435% damage to all enemies.
  • All enemies get -30% accuracy for 4 turns. (Chance to miss also applies to offensive Special Skills.)
  • Deals extra damage against Dark.

Recently raided against Toon Isarnia, who deals 385% dmg to all. With that crazy stats she almost one shotted my whole team (~6300 power). Anyway, the raid was over.

Can’t imagine fighting against Justice with over 1,6k attack and 435% dmg to all in VF turney or war.

Looks like she will finally get some love.

Just pulled with 75 keys… got 2 of her… I already did up the original and the first costume. But haven’t been using her much though have her full emblemed but not LB… With how crazy toon stats are now… is it worth giving her some extra love now?

yes sure. I have Isarnia toon with 385% and Azlar toon with 355% Both only LB once and they hit like trucks. I cant imagine how 435% hits with a DLB Justice :astonished:

If the specific toon is over a year old, yes, as long as SGs parameters are updating.

A non-S1 draw, that is over 12 months old, can come from HA10 5% of the time. This includes costumes.

Historically, when costume chamber was first introduced, it offered just the costume which players could then apply a copy of the related hero if they had acquired it from another source. The way I think it now works is that players still just draw for the costume, but that the hero, though displayed first, comes for free.

Oh, I thought the 12 months only applies to HotMs. It doesn’t say anything about toons specifically.

She was my first toon, also! Edit: oh, you mean a toon from HA, yea, I only got a C1 Azlar from there… Only mine came off the portal with all the other costumes. My main Marjana was traded in a SE some long time ago so I had to re-do the base also.
Back on topic, I wouldn’t mind a toon Justice as I have her other costumes, too!

Please RNG Gods, I really need a decent blue and/or green first!!!

Marg is the main reason to delay to the next costume chamber when she’ll be featured, with Horgall. well, you can’t have everything.

435% to all sounds mean. Isn’t this the highest of all toons that hits all.
I think he will be wonderful in RUSH, but if people had Toon Viv she would be doing defense duties. But that damage is damn good.

It’s the highest damage to all…excluding Chain Khufu and other conditional heroes.

Thankies. I am a lot thankful. Specially because it gave some life to my two old C1 Marjies. Oh, the first costume also came from ha10. She likes. I like her.

Even the toon is super cool, I still use the double Marjana C1 combo a lot more.

I pulled her this morning and nearly sh** my pants and screamed.

Probably did about 60+ pulls but man it was worth it. I’m thinking attack + health route as far as emblems
