I think now, double limit broken, that Toon Hu Tao has a game-ending special for tournaments and events. I leveled his first costume but haven’t touched him since. I will now.

Maybe I’m missing something but what part of this costume is “game ending”?

I meant in 4* formats, I think Toon Hu Tao’s hit all is strong enough, once it goes off, to end the game. I intend to level him up and find out, anyway.

I agree with Sartana. ToonHutao now has the strongest AoE among 4* (esp. against dark where he can damage 40% more).

Importantly, remember his “slow” speed is partially deceptive as he has superior revive and once he revive, he gain 50% mana and can fire immediately.

If we +25 him, he get superior master talent where he get additional 25% attack more on his special after revive, so the AoE against a dark team can effectively be like 370% — from (240+25)*1.4
