special-boost Special Boost At the start of each turn, this Hero’s Special Skill deals an additional +30% damage for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

-75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Toontastic Strike
  • Deals 350% damage to the target.
  • Deals extra damage against Ice.
  • Dispels buffs from all enemies.

Seems a huge disparity in costume bonus between toon 5s and toon 3 and 4*. The bonus for these lower toons, 1 or 2% barely makes it worth leveling.

Definitely agree, special skill -wise the c2 is better. Toon version’s plus is the passive :slight_smile: like Li Xiu :stuck_out_tongue:

Is regular Caedmon still worth limit breaking? I’m a level 50, and when checking to see what people use for tournaments, I see he is still popular, even without costumes (in 4*). I’ve had him at level 70 for years, is he worth limit breaking at this point? I’m sure the answer is yes with costumes, but unfortunately I haven’t gotten his costume yet

I think we’ll see Toon version more and more. As other Toons start to appear more frequently, C2-Caedmon’s buff blocker becomes less relevant, while Toon has powerful strike as well as Toon passive himself. I will try his Toon costume this tournament, with him tanking.

Nightmare, i got him last costume chamber along Toon Colen.

Have you tested toon Caedmon and would you recommend him for tourneys.

He’s a hard hitting hero. He’d do well in pretty much all tourneys. The buff blocker that c2 Caedmon had will surely be missed, but I would take the toon ailment passive anytime. Forces the opponent to have to defeat Caedmon (and all toons) with strength.

Caedmon was my strongest hitter for a long time. Fortunately i have all his costumes and ive double limit broken him and all the costumes.

His hit is strong and his fast dispel is also useful. The second costume does have its own value, but i rarely use it.

The OG version was ok, but the toon and its passive which appears to work most often on defense is too valuable not to have given him the aethers.
