Defense Up
At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% defense for 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
Ability: Toon - 75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
Special Skill: Toon Shield
Deals 270% damage to all enemies.
All allies get +64% defense against Special Skills for 3 turns.
Deals extra damage against Ice.

Seems like one of the stronger toons at fast speed. really puts Toon Azlar to shame.
I can see why it was the final toon to be released, since it would have been OP last year. But its nowhere near as strong as recent “hit all” heroes like Armand Moncharmin (which obviously says a lot aobut the ridiculous amount of power creep in the last 12 months).
well 270% to all at fast with toon stats is a decent hit, and the +64% SS defence is high. Her stats are good too, with more focus on the attack stat (compare to Toon Thorne for example who has 100 less attack at 4.80)
All the toons have mediocre/boring special skills compared to other modern heroes, but I’d say hers is towards the top end? I think all the other toons that hit all are slow speed which is a huge liability.
But she is a Defense hero. Assuming you take the shield/hp path for a defense type of a hero, her Att with full emblems won’t grow more than 60. With 270% that is a meh damage. My C G Panther has same Att and a bit higher % damage and she hits very meh top heroes (Fast speed as well). Something like 500-600, maybe 700 at best against 4000 HP defenses.
Defensively she could be nice but for the second part of her special (extra defense against special skills) but they lowered it in the Toon version, compared to original - still high % though. Her best version remains C2, for the Dodge part, but then you would lose the Toon passive.
Overall i personally don’t see anything special in that card. Comparisson with Thorne is not good because Thorne hits for 640% damage, while Kadilen is just 270%.
She’s not a defence hero though? You’d surely go attack path on her.
Costume guardian panther at LB2 has 200 less attack than her,… But I agree he is around the same level, the toons are just good 5* heroes (like G Panther), they arent S-tier.
Because her special suggests so, her damage suggests so. With that little % damage she needs like 2000 Att to make a good hit. She is not an attacking hero. She is support.
Well i meant without the troops. At 4-90 i see 1400 ATT. Even if you take the Att path, which i personally wouldn’t, because i don’t consider her an attacking hero (for me she is support), you’d probably end around 1600, maybe a bit more? Stats wise is good but that % damage is really meh. That would be like maybe around 1000 - 1200 damage at best? Not sure about the numbers but probably around there. Doesn’t look like a killer to me even at Fast speed.
Then if you take the defense path and beef her up, we got solid support thanks to her secondary special and also hard to kill hero but again nothing too special.
In any case i will be interested to see videos of her. Might prove me wrong.
I just got her and am very happy about the pull. I also have base maxed, but no other costume and so she is also my first dodge hero. Really am hopeful that Druid emblems will start to materialize since I also want the November hotm.
