Can’t convert buildings

I’m a new player and new to the forum. I’m trying to convert my forge to a a different building. My stronghold is at level 11 and my buildings are 5+ level. The only building I was able to convert was a barracks. No other buildings have the convert symbol and I don,t know what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.

you need to reach higher levels on your stronghold to be able to do that:
Stronghold Level 10: Barracks,
Stronghold Level 21: Unlocks Advanced Farm, Advanced Mine, Advanced Food Storage, Advanced Iron Storage, Advanced House and Hunter’s Lodge, which can be further upgraded to level 10.
Stronghold Level 23: Unlocks Alchemy Lab.
Stronghold Level 25: Unlocks Hero Academy.

Thanks. A YouTube video stated buildings could be converted if stronghold was level 10 and buildings were level 5. It didn’t mention higher levels. I’m loving this never ending game already and as I’m 78, I’m thinking this should last my lifetime!
