Can Lianna be very fast?

I have a question for people with Costume Lianna. If you choose her mana bonus, then in the level 23 or 29 troop, she will be a character with very fast mana. I am asking for specific yes or no answers. I have already seen the calculations, please do not translate them here.
The question is specific. Is the mana bonus (5% for the costume, 2% for the path and 13% or 15% for the mana troop - 20% or 22% in total) enough for the character to recharge after 6 tiles in an attack?
I am asking because I need to be sure of my position that it is impossible.

Not possible as it requires a 34% mana generation bonus.

According to my calculations it is impossible that it could be very fast, but I will wait for forum “genius mathematicians” like you, for example.

You will need something like Ariel’s +24% mana generation and Mana Troops level 17 (level 11 if you pick mana node in emblem path; level 1 if you have costume) to make her fire in 6 tiles.

No.

But the answer for the thread title is yes. There are some ways that lianna becomes “very fast” at least temporarily.
Pair her with brynhild (or every other manaboost hero, brynhild has the advantage of same color and speed) and you have a very fast lianna(with costume bonus and mana troops), as long as brynhilds special is active, or pair her with some mana regeneration heroes, after they fire she will be be “very fast”

Thank you for your constructive replies. I also calculated that there is no way for Lianna to be very fast on its own (without the help of other characters). I called to make sure, because man can be fallible. Thread to close.

Toxicandra gives mana boost and Kingstons 4% element link. Could be away to speed it up a bit.

Yes, well kinda, use Toxicandra or the green HotM that will be coming out. The bonus mana will give her pseudo very fast speed
