My maxed blues are Krampus(20), Magni (18), Glenda, Skadi, Miki I’m choosing between Frosth, and Master Lepus.
My thoughts are Frosth helps mono squad, and other minion makers (Freya, Noor) I think Lepus really helps mono firepower, and makes a good addition for legendary events. Do any of you have use both, and which would you choose ?

Do you have Killhare or Roostley? If so, then I would do Lepus. The family bonus is pretty insane and I think Roostley - Killhare - Lepus is an awesome center-3 trio for equalizer defense.
Also what heroes do you have on defense team and war defense? Krampus might be better with some set-ups while Lepus might be better on others. Therefore, Lepus could potentially be a defense hero not only on equalizer for you.
Frosth is a good support hero on offense especially when you have average speed blue heroes on the team who arent equipped with a lvl23+ mana troop. His elemental link will get those average speed heroes charged in 1-2 turns without any blue matches (after you’ve fired frosth). Ex: if you play mono blue and have Krampus, Glenda and Skadi on the same team, you probably don’t have a lvl23+ blue mana troop for all of them. Frosth’s elemental link could have them charged 1-2 turns after 9 blue matches, instead of fishing for another blue match.
Overall, I think I would lean Lepus, especially if you have other springvale heroes.

I would prefer frosth as it makes it easier to get to krampus/Glenda/skadi.
Many love lepus for the damage output and given your lack of damage dealers I can see many opting for him.
I have Roostley at 3/70 , defense is good enough I think, I use Dr Moreau, Garnet, Krampus, SiF, and Jabberwocky stay around 2600, war defense changes tanks each month, feel pretty good about it. Thanks for responding, it’s rare I get this indesisive , I really like both but only have 6 scopes lol

I have both in my blue stack,
Both are awesome, Lepus is my primary blue damage dealer with Magni. Frosth gives a „meat shield“ to all heroes with his minions. So he deals damage with the minions and substitutes a healer. With the mana from the elemental link Lepus und Magni fire after six tiles. If I need a debuffer or cleaner I substitute Kiril with Sonya+20 or costumed Sonya+20. Sonya and her costume are limit broken. But the heart of the blue team is Lepus, Frosth and Magni.
So level up both, together with Krampus and Glenda it will be a superb team. Start with Lepus because you lack firepower in blue. Then do frosth and substitute miki with him.

I am currently maxing Lepus since I only have Cobalt maxed. Frosth is at 3.70 and I also have Roostley maxed.
Roostley is great on defense and I expect to be even better with Lepus.
Personally though, in your case, I would go for Frosth since you have already many direct damage dealers, but only one is fast. After firing Frosth, all your average heroes would be ready to fire because of his elemental link. Also, as someone else was mentioning, he will be great with Glenda and Krampus.
Afterwards I would also do Lepus.
