Balance Change on Athena's Special Skill

Based on player feedback and our own findings, Athena’s Special Skill (Athena’s Bow) seems to be too powerful against Titans and we have decided to adjust this. From now on, Athena’s Bow will make further -2% decrease on enemy defense every time they are hit, instead of -10%. Update (12th of July, 2017): We have now updated Athena’s Special Skill to make -4% defense decrease, instead of earlier -2%, which we feel is a good compromise. We have also increased the number of hits limit from 5 to 6.…

And this was on July 2017, a few months after the game officially launched and within the same month Athena was released.

If you are pissed now because new heroes are being nerfed, it appears this was the trend even from before all along.
