Who gets the 4th blade whenever it shows up??
My current def tank is a 6th skill Boril. So I want Azlar anchoring my def team.
But i really want to add a titan ■■■ kicker to my maxed wu.
Help me oh wise E&P heads!!!
Personally I prioritize titan and quest teams over defense team— so I’d pick Wilbur first.
I take Wilbur on every one of my titan teams, Rare Quests, most Challenge Events (except Grimforest), and Season 2 Hard stages (except Magic Night).
With that much usage, especially for getting more ascension mats for other heroes, he’s an obvious priority for me, and would be my first priority of the two.

It’s probably also worth mentioning as a general principle that most maxed 4* — especially solid ones like Wilbur — are stronger and more useable than most 3-70 5* heroes. So when you don’t have the mats to max a 5*, it’s usually better to work on core 4* utility heroes…at least until you’ve finished all of them, and don’t need to work on them more.
There are some exceptions to that, particularly for 5* utility heroes like elemental defense debuffers, but it’s often a good starting point when deciding until you have a solid core of 4* heroes built up.

I agree wholeheartedly with what @zephyr1 said. Wilbur is also one of my highest use heroes. I have no regrets giving him mats or emblems. Plus you will max him approx 2x faster than Azlar, so he’ll be of more use faster.

Keep it simple. Wilbur is better at 70 than Azlar is on 70. Go with Wilbur, you will love him. Defensewise maxed Azlar is clearly better, but for titans, map and events Wilbur is the boss

Wilbur for sure. He keeps those squishy snipers alive when titans are trying to pick them off one by one.

I can honestly tell you Wilbur is very solid. A few emblems and he’s even better. Way more usage than a 6th tank.
