This event still blows.
200 hero summon tokens got me Wu Kong and Kalani. How exciting. These were left over from last time plus the 10 from today.
15 troop tokens got me 15 S1 3* troops. Yee haw.
Event is such a joke I wonāt burn troop tokens in future. Definitely not spending for hero summon tokens with such suck odds. Get rid of the friggin S1 heroes from special event summons.
What are you going to do with troop tokens then?

Of all the ninjas you could have pulled, Shale is the worst 4* and Jade the worst 5*ā¦

I was happy that I got a luck but all ruined
theyāre a bit lackluster, but Shale can have a role as a slow healer & cleanser. Heās a bit situational, but he can probably help you out for map levels and events. Jade is mostly meant for PvP defense I think, so not really useful to actually play with in my opinion.
Donāt be sad @TheBeastxGreat those are still lucky pulls. As was noted, they are situational heroes, you just have to find the right situation to use them in. Jade, for example, has a pretty high defensive stat when maxed, which is good for a tank.
Level them up a bit and play with them in tournaments and when farming. Once you find how they work for you, and which of your other heroes they work well with, they will be good heroes for you.

I am so unmotivated for this event every time and do it just to ādo itā.
So far I have not ātriedā at all. I have had heroes die, many already cursed (and I am only floor 30 - I used 2 flasks to get to 100 coins: ULMER - well worth it!!).
I am not even remotely thinking about what teams I am using or anything, I am literally just going through the motions. I have reached floor 50 each time so far but this time I honestly think I will not - and even though I do want to, after the previous times of not receiving a 4* AM from the final chest, I am even more unmotivated
I felt that way too for the first ninja tower, and slogged through the whole thing with about 6 or 7 heroes cursed out. Did manage to finish but only placed 25k or so. What motivated me for the next few towers was the realization that this is one of the few events where I can swipe 500-700 emblems in one go if I play my cards right.
My current strategy has been to just come out the gate swinging, meaning 5* heroes and 4* battle items starting on the first floor. To be honest 50% of my strategy is basically spam tornadoes to avoid getting heroes cursed out prematurely, and so far it has worked 3/3 times. (past floor 40 I carry two hurricanes as well for extra protection) As for lineup, what I found worked best was having a team of the following:
So for 40 out of 50 floors, I used my blue 4tack since it outputs the most damage - cKiril-Frida-Cobalt-Lepus. A few floors with green mobs and bosses I used my red 4tack: BT-cMarj-cMarj-Grave (or swap out Grave for Gormek on lower floors)
Anyways without this post going tl;dr, Iām just trying to say ninja tower is actually one of the most profitable in terms of emblem harvest if you play it right. I went from 25k or so in the first tower, to top 1000 for the second one, to top 500 for the third one. Based on my current score I think Iāll end up top 1000 for this one. 
Iāve noticed the same thing. Especially since top 1k gives tornadoes back as a reward.
That too, which makes tornado spamming an even more attractive proposition.
And if you get slightly lucky with boards and make top 500, you get 20 timestops as an additional reward (nearly useless for ninja tower, but great for 11*+ titans).
Basically, trading 4-5 mil iron for 500-700 emblems seems like an amazing deal to me.
About 30-40 summons more andā¦ Cobalt!
Phew I would have been angry for months if spending all my saved gems didnāt score me anything on this portal. Luckily Cobalt has a spot in both my offense and defense, and have emblems and scopes ready for him.
Now if only Garnet showed in the next few pullsā¦ I am probably doing a maximum of 10 more with tomorrows offer and a free pull I am earning for tower completion. Chances are thin, but before the draw we are all winners.
I take it slowly because thatās how I do everything, and use as few items as I can get away with because Iām mean, so Iāll never reach a decent tier, but I still think the loot is worth it. You get emblems and the usual tat at EVERY level, a chest with better stuff every 10th level, and some at least of all emblems for completion. Itās worth grinding through IMO just for that. What kept me going to the end last time was the advice from finishers that the last few levels tend to be easier because youāve picked up so many 3-level bonuses, so mana gain is amazing, and you have to worry less about curses (not at all on the last level). So I finished it, and got I think like 20 of each emblem or it may have only been 15, but it was stuff I didnāt have before. Hope I can do it again. (Should do, my roster isnāt getting any weaker.)
