As always, to get a meaningful answer, need more information on roster and ascension materials.

Short answer tho, Clarissa if your roster is still developing.
Mystero will be cool on offense against GTV

Again. This is just a snapshot of what you have so it’s hard to determine what you really need. Sounds like Clarissa would be a better choice over myztero at this point…

If you plan on pulling during other portals, a purple sniper might be a better option.

I’m assuming (please correct me!!) that the three 5* in your defence are maxed and are your only maxed 5’s?

If so… Early doors for 5*, any relatively versatile 5* is going to give you utility that you don’t yet have… Clarissa fits here, myztero less so.

Waiting for a sniper (extremely versatile) would give more versatility - but how likely are you to get one any time soon?

You can run TC20, I presume, but really only Sartana or Domitia are waiting in there so it could be a long wait…

I presume from the number of costumes available to you that you’re a moderate spender at least? If so, are there particular portals (S2? S3? Costume?) that you intend to hit particularly hard any time soon?

How many tabards do you have waiting?

How many maxed 4* in each colour do you have? If less than 5 and you have useful levelling targets in 4* then it’s worth doing that for a while anyway and then reassess if/when you get a 5 you’re desperate to max.

I voted Clarissa on the basis that if you must do one or the other and are in a good position with 4’s to be asking this question then I’d do her of those two without hesitation… But it might well be that neither is correct.
