I also have a spare Azlar and Khagan, that are empty atm

Elena. If u emblem her pretty high, she will be really helpful on map, event and raid

In my honest opinion, it would depend on the rest of your roster and what you need most for defence, events, progression through season 2 etc. Etc.
But at face value I would do Grazul first and then Elena

After her I prefer Azlar. But this is quite subjective because I am just a huge fan of the cat…He is a monster if you use him correct.

Azlar’s cool as heck but not earth shattering enough for a slow.
AoE is good, but lower than Kong (who fires faster) and the DoT is only useful if the recipient is still alive… It’s got to be a long fight for that to be really useful.
As much as I like him, he’s nothing special at all.

I went with, Khagan, as I had Cyprian+18.
Khagan is now maxed.
Got Delilah, during, Atlantis, and Leonidas from tc20, but only materials for one.
I went with Delilah, as I don’t have a yellow healer.
