Not 100% sure.
@zephyr1 was working with @Novo in maintaining it.
Not sure what/ who will/ may update it now that Novo is retired and Z is easing back a little.

Why is the costume event a week later this month
It’s not?
Still 3rd Monday of the month.
I’ve been seeing if anyone wants to help with it now that Novo retired.
I’m not super excited to maintain it by myself, but I’ll update the recurring events this week at least.

I believe that selected content creators have permission to use a small number of beta images for this purpose.

I saw it in the BRAZILIAN calendar previously posted… and nothing happens… so I put the same image as that calendar

Did they move the timing of the costume chamber this month?
Yes, I got explicit permission from the Small Giant Staff for content creators to use the pre-release Hero thumbnails in calendars and guides.
