This happen pretty common when someone fights against same team.
I think it is base on defense difficulty level which isn’t constant. The defense that someone fights against that team twice usually get many attack (popular defense 
). The more that defense win, the more difficulty level and give higher score. The more that defense lose, the less difficulty level and give less score.
You’re right it should be after it’s over.
I knew I was gonna get an A again, but it wasn’t official like it is now.
Loot wasn’t particularly great although I always like aether I.

So it’s probably less common that they’d be worth the same points. You beat that team, so next time you faced them they were worth 2 less points.

Yes, however, I think it depend on results of other people attack that defense too. If many people lose against it, it will give more score.
My defense use to get in that position once. It get attacked like 1 attack per minute. In the case like that, other people’s win/lose have much more effect much your win/lose.

Defense: 16-38 (DEDDE)
Score: 17,136
Ranking: 18,638 (Top 5%)
Other than the 4th day blip, was good to hit 80% win rate against a large number of fully LB teams. Still need to figure out how to counter overhealers without restoring to hoping for good boards.
Defense was not worth mentioning 
Loot was the big surprise.
First 5* Aether loot in almost 3 months. Can’t do much with it though as I’m short of 3* Aethers.
5* tournament next and a Bloody one with restrictions. Will be happy to get past Day 3…

It literally come to me there and then on the 1st place thang, as dont believe i seen it on the forum.
Im willing to give folk who has come first second or third in the tournaments the medals 
Once it has finished.
