Worth it to emblem Wu Kong?

He’s my first fully ascended 4* yellow. I have 122 monk emblems and could reset Bane or Bjorn for more emblems. I have Azmia and Li Xiu at 3-60 who could get ascended soon and also be up for monk emblems. No 5*s yet

The emblem game is about who you use. 3 stars give you more nodes per emblem, so if you use those regularly, don’t strip their emblems. Once you develop enough four stars that you are not using the three stars regularly, you can strip them.

Or, since it is a game, do whatever you feel like-sometimes I strip emblems just cause I want to get my new heroes emblemed as much as possible because I like them!

In addition to the question regarding 3* use above, there are two key parts to Wu’s value IMO:

  • Is he your attack booster for titans? If yes, titans are one of the best sources of mats. Make the booster you bring to nearly all titans stronger. Also if yes, then Wu is more important than Li Xiu and, most likely, Azmia.

  • Do you have his costume?

:beers:

Op, try to walk before running.

Farming and building are job one.

Raiding, to me, is another form of farming. Cups are not going to help you at your level; rather, cup dropping to win ham and iron from weaker opponents is a good strategy.

The mats you need are back packs and wooden swords.

My opinion of Wu has always been he is good for tile damage only

Wu is potentially the first big step in doing more titan damage for most players. I still use him as I never got a fancier hero to take over his job.

But I would not compromise a strong 3 star roster for it, 3 star tourneys can produce good loot as well!

In terms of playing through events as well as having a good offense (and defense) team Azmia is certainly far more valuable. I don´t think I ever used Wu for anything other than titans (his Costume can change that as he turns into a hitter).
So Wu is great, but Azmia is a LOT more versatile and will be a game changer in many aspects of the game where Wu is a game changer in 1 aspect of the game.
