I have the following red heroes. Elena is ready to get my mystic rings…should I hold off and give them to Khagan, JF or Azlar?
Out of those 4 options, I’d probably go with JF 
Any other red 5* heroes maxed already?

No. I am almost at 3 months in. I have Wilbur maxed and at 8 emblems and almost have Boldtusk maxed. I have a lot of food and wanted to spend it somewhere. I hot plenty of blades but only 6 rings.
Ok I’d probably go with JF then because he’s fast. All other 3 heroes are slow.

Sounds good. I don’t want to spend those hard earned rings without giving it some thought.
In the absence of more information (wonderfully summarized in voidstrike’s Terms of Service), also voting JF for the mana speed.

Do you have the costume for Elena?
Do you want the costume for Azlar?
If the answer to both is no, then in my honest opinion go with Jean-Francois
Leave Khagan until last, just in case you pull a better 5 star red
But whatever you decide good luck

Sorry - I had read in the thread about Costumes Round 2 that Azlar was in Beta.
Early info looked good, but was waiting to see what he was like when released - unless he has been pulled

I have no 5* costumes yet. It would be nice if I pull one.
Whoa whoa… I think the focus should be on some afditional 4*s to build that bench faster while accumulating mats and just game experience. Scarlett is a great hero to add to your bench… although squishy, her attack is stellar and should pair nicely with wilbur.
A lot of time and resources are needed for those 5s… just think 4s would give you more bang for your buck right now.

Thanks. At the time I was looking at a great surplus of food that wasn’t going to be fixed easily via my barracks that are under construction. I ended up finishing up leveling and embleming grimm. I didn’t plan on taking that red to full 4-80 just yet but I had everything I needed to do the final ascend. I am still focusing on building another 2 rainbow teams of 4 star heroes…tibertus, wu kong, Boldtusk, grimm and cardamon now…all at 4- something. Next round will be Sabina, mist, scarlett, sonya with costume and melendor. At that point I will take my top 5 star rainbow team to max…at this point they are at 3/70. Hopefully that makes sense.

I’m going to swim against the tide here… Wait. See what else you get, especially if you pull regularly.
Elena and Azlar are both high attack hero’s but they’re also pretty squishy - and I wouldn’t ascend a hero assuming I’ll get the costume, that’s begging for an overspend desperately trying to get it.
JF is good, but he’s very much a support hero - in terms of getting good bang for your buck (rings) he’s probably not going to be the most game-changing hero for your first red 5*…

I have spent some money on the game. My other 5’s include…Freya and Sartana for purple, Joon, leonidas and Malosi for yellow, Richard, misandra. Isarina and Magni for blue…you know my red heroes and Heimdall, 3 Telluria and liana for green. I actually have too many that I need to step back and just be patient. I really am working on 4’s but I did take one rainbow team to 3-70.

The only one I’d do would be JF… I’d probably wait and see what I got in future… mats won’t spoil

Im in the Same Situation. I have azlar costume, elena costume and JF and i dont know wich one i should max.
For my def team i already have 2 Support heroes (neith and margaret) so i tend to max azlar costume.
(Full current team is: CRigard - margaret - Richard - JF - neith)
My only Option to neith is guardian owl but im not sure yet.
What do you guys Think?
