Please, and if you can, justify your reason on who you’ll LB. Also, Wolfgang is currently sitting at 3.70. I DO have the mats and emblems to make him 4.80 +20, but I wanted to get all LB mats first (which I do now) and see what you guys think.

I already have C Leonidas as my first LB’n Holy. My strongest candidates are Devana, Uraeus, and C White Rabbit. Thank you in advance!
I think you could reduce it to c rabbit, Dev, Wolfgang and possibly the professor.
I broke Dev with absolutely no regrets, next will be c. Rabbit just cos they are awesome on attack.
If I had Wolfgang I would mull it over but still go for the 
Are there many Holy dispellers in game? (Was leaning towards Devana)
But I suspect Wolfgang will serve you the longest, strongly followed by the Costumed Rabbit - congratulations on all those amazing heroes 
Can’t think of many but c.Viv comes to mind.
Aah yes, that´s right - she´s fantastic! 
I do have her costume as well, but my main decision-splitter is the fact that she is slow. Don’t get me wrong, she’s still great and invaluable (plus the costume bonus).

In my honest opinion, I would first focus on Wolfgang quickly followed by Devana - and you won’t be disappointed

Since you got c Leo, I would suggest Devana cause she needs it the most between those above to be effective due to somewhat lower stats. Have in mind, you could use 3-2 Devana c Leo c w rabbit at average speed for edd, DD and damage/ dispel. In like 8 tiles, 3 enemies dead
