Chose Thor’s costume. V fast blind all and progressive damage is great for my attacking holy mono.

I have C1 marjana and toon marjana from HA10 and you go boy. Shes amazing. I want to catch her second and (for now) last costume too.

I was thinking a s1 hero was a no no… just because we still get keys and still pulling them esp since there will be glass ones…

As much I’d love to get last Marj costume, I won’t pass her in front of Loki, Gazelle, MN, Kramps and C. Ariel. And maybe Hel. I also have first Quintus costume and would love to get the 2nd (don’t own Alfrike).
But… if the event ends up being too rare… nothing of that will be possible. I’ll be dead until I get all them.

I wrote a much longer post with my roster. If you have two costumes (and there wasn’t a bug), getting the third is more valuable to me than the heroes you listed.
The other way I look at it is, that I’d rather improve my best heroes (aka a toon Marj) than improving multiple depth attackers (Loki, Gazelle, C.MN).

Surprise theres not Black Knights costume at this top, my personal choice this time around. Solid hero with costume bc stats at 90+25 still gets a bit over 1.3k range and reminder- this is old time hero, when att and def stats werent as balanced as everyones nowdays, he was heavily def sided

After i wrote that i thought “hm but i have TWO 2x CB Marjanas maxed and LB. I would have TWO further awesome heroes for 300 gems”.
It really depends on your roster and play style but everything you’ve said is 100% based.
Not even a bit regretful about Loki, though. I use him ALL the time and just went through first ascension and he went from 1100/1000 ATK/DEF to 1400/1400. I’m so happy.
Me too. I’d love to have him since day 1.

A large part of my decision is based on how weak my reds are in comparison. Loki and Gazelle are clear choices for many.

No contest for me.
One of the costumes I have most wanted and been saddened to miss was Mother North. She showed as my first option, I clicked and accepted.
No scrolling. No shopping.
This is in part because I do have some of the other excellent costumes for the heroes I have maxed (Athena, Perseus, Hel, C Gazelle, L Loki) so my choice among the maxed eligible heroes was very clear.
Sentiment is important, MN was my early good fortune, summoning her in the first portal (along with Santa who remains at 3-70 and he only got that far because of a dearth of red heroes for a long time). I still love her in Rush war and the “Kalo/MN wings” strategy will make sense again.
Some of the eligible heroes I have at 1-1 could be great but to take them this early implies they bring something to my team that is lightyears better than what the already maxed heroes bring that I could not see.
1st iteration went with sentiment that has sound logic behind it. The buffed bonuses for the winter hero costumes it what cemented it, prior to that the costume bonus was anemic and a different option would have been chosen.
Eager to see how things pans out for the next one (Alfrike would be high on the priority list). Have several heroes that were great, are now weak but would return to the active list with the costume… (Zimkitha, Inari (well, she is more sentiment than logic), Delilah, Freya…)

If I didn’t already have C lord loki and c gazelle, those would be my first choices. I personally went with c Freya because the costume has always alluded me. Want to see how she’ll pair with my Swiftpaw. Just have to be careful not to completely replace my swift"s minions

I managed to get t.Marjana early and decided to do it. It took absolutely forever , but ultimately it all paid off. Can’t emphasize enough the value of two.

Since there will be more and newer costumes available in 3 month, you´ll never get to those half interesting ones…
Good choice between Bera, Freya, Loki and Athena.
I chose Bera
Was considering Lord Loki, Guardian Gazelle, Heimdall and Lepiota. Only two latter are maxed and I wanted a project not requiring 4* AM, and then decided that Lepiota’s costume makes her much better than Heimdall’s costume makes him; notably 10% HP boost is very welcome at fast speed and makes Lepiota at least do something when Abyss doesn’t connect. And she looks cool.

Was originally going to pick Ariel since I’ve wanted her costume forever and a day. Went with Zimkitty instead as it was hard to pass up a fast priority dispel, something I lacked in red.

Easy call for me. Got costumed Loki from portal so I had to choice between prof lindembrock (my defense healer) and Alfrike, but the last one was not eligible for few days. Plus I got the maximum bonus stat with just 1 costume…any of S1 hero need almost 3 + toon to reach the same hp.
I chose Fenrir (already have Lord Loki’s costume). I have uncostumed Guardian Panther, don’t use her much. Fenrir is used every war, easy decision.
I actually went for the missing Leonidas costume I didn’t have.

Guardian Panther for me. She’s a stalwart of my lineup.
I’m learning towards Lord Loki for next time, given his versatility, especially against modern heroes. Although I’ll check if I have any more pressing needs first.
Depending on the Outfitter’s frequently, it would be nice to get Heimdall and Baldur off the back bench. Their costumes may not make them top tier, but then, I’m not a top tier player
