Hey,
I think with the fated summon you need to think longer term. As there is going to be this outfitter / tailor which means you can get costumes.
In this summon I went for Lepiota, Hatter and Gazelle… all options to pick up the costumes for booster stats.
If I get enough summons in, I may go and get Krampus, but hopefully I have a successful Christmas portal summoning!

Gazelle is top pick, lepiota is second top pick. Or pick based on effect u miss. After these i will probably pick francine, since i lack green edd.

I’m prob gonna take a 2nd gazelle and get the costume when outfitter comes, then hopefully can get 1 more this fated and get 2nd lepiota to get her costume next time outfitter is around. Gazelle costume is solid and fighter class makes even tougher, lepiota costume w/ the +4% mana node u can get her to vfast (+20% troop, +5% costume, +5% bard bonus, +4% mana gets to 34% getting 8 tiles down to 6)
you can pick her, but you will still lack green EDD 
Francine doesn´t do that at all. You would have to pick her first, then the costume from the outfitter (and you most likely will find better costumes to pick from there) and even then she doesn´t do EDD, she only does EDD to blue enemies, which is basically useless for all purposes except titans. So lot´s of reasons why it is not exactly a great choice.
But if you have Almur and we get to pick a 4star costume in addition to the 5star costume that might be an option for a decent green EDD… we´ll see how the outfitter works, when it comes and yes I will then adjust the above FS guide as well depending on how it all works or not.
Thats what i want to do, pick costume from outfitter and use her for titans. Anyways still usable in wars against fat blue tanks.
Just use the regular version in wars in that case. Better class, better skill. But beware, she does close to no damage at all. I got her costume when it was new, don´t remember 4 years ago? and she was barely OK then and I had nothing better, so she got played, then for a short time I used her again with M&M for the family bonus and when M&M got nerfed was the last time Francine got played outside titans, I think there I kept playing her a little longer, but eventually better heroes for that came around as well and I haven´t played her at all in 2 or 3 years. And that is even though her costume bonus got a big buff some time. She just doesn´t do damage. And for the cleaning alone there´s no point to play her, just bring Rigard or some healer and you get a much better deal.
Speaking of 4star heroes: C2Caedmon does much more damage than she does with the additional dispel and buff block. I play him sometimes in 5 star world (like if I need to play 2 green mono teams in war which happens at least once a year, but still not enough to dust off Francine…
Anyway if you are sure you have no other old heroes that can get a costume from the outfitter… you could pick her, but even then, just pick a hero instead of her that will actually make a difference once you get the costume… Because even if you can use her on titans, she´s not going to make a big difference over a 4star hero.
