I see an untouched Nordri and no Frida? I vote for King Arthur (elemental defence down).
That written Pengi is very tempting too.

I adore King Arthur, but I suspect Mr. Pengi is the strongest in the bunch? 
Frosth is magnificient too. 
I suspect Iris would rock in Buff Booster Tournaments

Based on your current blues, Crystallis is the best option even over Mr. Pengi. If I saw another minion summoner and/or knew your play-style, then my opinion may change, but with the info you have given, Crystallis is my vote. When you have enough to max two blues, then I’d do Pengi and Frosth one after the other.

Since you don’t have a blue EDD, I’d go Arthur. He’ll be helpful on titans.
