I just got his Costume in HA. I have him at 3.70. Is it worth ascending him? I have Richard at +18 Emblems but only vanilla version so should I flip these emblems to Thorne?

I did exactly that. C. Thorne is much stronger than Richard. He’s not especially fun or interesting to play, but he is fairly strong.

Yes. He is worthy for an S1 hero. Also, depending on your pull style. F2P / C2P / P2P.
