Can tarlak’s power stack with wu or ranvir;;;;;
Technically yes, but it’s a horrible idea to use them together.
Tarlak will cap them at 160%, while doing nothing about Wu and Ranvir’s accuracy reduction.
For Tarlak + Wu Kong, that would mean an effective 108.8% attack, and for Ranvir it would mean an effective 104%.
So you’d get a tiny little extra attack buff, and then a ton of variability in hits/misses — which wouldn’t be worth the small increase in attack.

Ah, this makes sense with the likes of Tar/Miki etc, but does Ranvirs attack up stack with BK and a Krumpus attack up?

Super buffers: Wu, Ranvir, Tarlak, Miki
Stack with all normal attack buffers. Just note the limitation on total buff that applies to Tarlak and Miki
