I don’t understand the needless complaining. The game is fun because of the challenge. If it was super easy, no one would play After a few months. And what is with the entitlement??? You may not get a 5* hero, deal with it, it was not promised to you. Learn to use what you are given. If you want easy go check out Nickelodeon. This game is great, & I hope they don’t make it easy for the people that can’t handle a real challenge.

This game isn’t for everyone. It’s easy to learn, difficult to master. And one of the masteries that’s definitely needed is patience. Did I mention difficult to master?
People who whine/complain are passionate gamers just like you. They like this game and would love to enjoy it more. However, they’ve come upon a snag, for example not having enough patience. Instead of asking them to stop whining, you could feel for them. It’s not easy playing this game without having the patience needed to

I don’t know if their negativity is irrelevant, but often enough I think people enjoy complaining as much as they enjoy doing nothing about it. The complaints without added value are indeed purely negative.
If you have the time to complain about something, then you also have the time to do something about it. The complaints including in-depth points that can be improved or possible solutions are leaning towards positivity and are in fact relevant. Only then you show your real passion with the game. 
And sometimes…
“I know the odds of summoning a 5 star hero are very low, but I’ll still go mad on SGG if I don’t get one again after feeding my monthly salary to the summoning gate.”
Think twice before you act.

Lol. You guys are all great. I’ve been play for little under a year (started in October), I’ve only spent money on the new cosmetic items. My teams has 3 3*'s one 4* and a 5*. A friend of mine just started playing and spent lots of money to get a really great team. I’m not mad at his success, I’m happy for him. We just play with different strategies. In the end we only really compete with ourselves. Enjoy the game that you started playing & not get caught up in the jealousy.

I do not understand where your disturbing attitude towards me arises from. This is not the first time. I have also seen you editing your replies on me in a way that you erased the irritated text about me. Something, especially if you’re frustrated, is a nice thing of you to do. I never felt the need to reply to you, but I don’t want to upset you either.
I’m not trying to teach these players the lesson. And I am not offending anyone. I am sorry if I make you feel this way and I will re-read my message to see if I can adjust anything. But I even openly state that I agree with their point of view! All I did was add something to that.
Yes, what I add is my opinion. An opinion that is appreciated several times by other people. Unfortunately, it is apparently also an opinion which makes you think I’m a big… know-all maybe? Again, not my intention. Maybe it is the way I construct my messages, I don’t know. You will have to tell me.
But what I always add is view that I think can be useful to ultimately make us contribute to the development of the game in a better way. Or sometimes make us contribute at all!
In other words, I encourage us to write constructive complaints in this way. Why?
So that the negative messages of other people in the future lean more towards positive and useful feedback.
