What mana troop does it take for a maxed 5 star costume slow and avg to speed up the tiles? I believe the avg is mana troop 5. Slow? Thanks
You can calculate this easily with the following formula:
X = wanted number of tile hits
Y = Mana boost
Z = needed number of hit tiles based on hero speed
X * Y = Z
Y = Z / X
e. g. very fast
X = 6
Y = ?
Z = 6,5
Y = 6,5 / 6 = 1,083 ~ round up ~ 9% is needed
for a very fast to charge in 6 tile hits.
Mana Speed Boost is additiv so you can add them together, to check if you get over the threshold.

Here’s some info I refer to when I have questions about mana speeds.
Costume bonus adds 5%, so yes, level 5 mana troop for average.
Slow heroes with costume bonus shave one tile with a level 1 mana troop and another tile with a level 28 (or level 23 and mana node)
