Rayne, Tarlak, Wolfgang and Kara’s best emblem route?

Can somebody please tell me which would be the best emblem route for Rayne, Tarlak, Wolfgang and Kara. Many thanks.

This works out to 350+ poison damage per turn with level 23 mana troops.

I also took Rayne down the attack>def>health path and she can be devastating if used right.
