Raid Advice?

I have some 5* but doubt ill get ascension materials to level them past 3-70 (purples im looking at you…) so I have had better success lately working on 4*
Since removing 3-70 Agrafena and putting C.Sabrina my raid defense has improved and since switching formation to double my trophies hit over 2600 yesterday (been hovering at 2100-2300 before changing formation with this team) with a 4300 TP on defense (I dont attack raids as its always matched me vs higher teams i just cant beat - eg atm its matching me with teams over 5k) So I dont bother attacking raids at all but enjoy all others parts of the game.

Should I be loosing trophies on purpose to drop lower? I always tried to get into diamond just so my Monster/Titan chests had better rewards (which i fill often).
I only fill the Raid chest from tournaments generally.

Also is Kara at 3-70 worth replacing joon with 8 emblems? (also have Vivica at 3-70)
Kara works well next to Ptolemy for Taunt + immunity to status effect
Thinking if there is a better order for these (from left to right)

I have Freya & DiaChan both at 3-70 which work well with XHD but then thats falling back into the trap of trying to use the 5* at 3-70 fun for attack but perhaps not on defense…
