My offense has improved using the musketeers in my rainbow team, I wasnât talking about defense.
But really, have you at least faced the musketeers on defense? If not, Iâm not sure how you can state with such confidence that they are âunderwhelmingâ, âtypical and averageâ, especially considering you have 0 experience with them on offense.
The Abyss Hunters are no more unique than the musketeers, and yes I have 4 of them (Adalinda, Hawthorn, Hammertusk, Kai), unless you define unique by âunique combination of different abilitiesâ, but that applies to the musketeers too (who else boosts health based on damage dealt AND gives undispellable status ailment block?)
I mean we had M&M, Anne, and Jove released in short succession, and the new ninja heroes are now 290%+ AoE hitters at âfaster than very fastâ speed. How much more OP do you want? Do you seriously want SG to release a hero who just nukes the entire team at very fast speed? Because thatâs sure what it sounds like (though the way this game is going, I wouldnât be surprised if one got released by end of next year)
Rho we are heading into season 6, the base stats of all new heros continue to increase and rightfully so due to natural progression. So what youâre describing as OP is not applicable to newer heros with higher base stats.
5 seasons from now Iâm sure those heroâs will seem OP to someone with a roster from season 5.
We have to progress with the times, and update our rosterâs accordingly.
If base stats were the only consideration, then S1 heroes with 2x CB should be the most coveted and âOPâ, but thatâs clearly not the case. Heroes like Anne and Jove are OP because of their specials, not (solely) because of their base stats.
Iâm saying the need for stronger specials that seem OP is due to the rise in base stats. Look at Marianaâs base stats then look at Bastetâs base stats. It will take a much stronger Special to kill the latter
If that was the case, why arenât people complaining about heroes like Dark Lord or Quennell or Lewena? Hell even Khufu gets complained about quite a bit after the buff, and heâs slow!
For the record DD in combination with EDD and a hit-3 or AoE or sniper will easily kill Bastet or any hero in the game right now regardless of their stats (even if >1000 def and >1800 HP). Thereâs no justification for OP specials âdue to the rise in base statsâ.
I mean if you canât or refuse to acknowledge the fact that a select few heroes have specials that can singlehandedly nuke an entire team (or come close to it), then thatâs just intellectually dishonest and we should stop wasting each otherâs time.

Just pulled her. Seems like a great tank. Crazy thing is that I replaced my current green tank, Max aka Toto, and started using the Arco I got from SE. Guess Queen Anne will be fighting to be the new tank in alliance wars. Good problem to have, I suppose.
Donât get hopes too high with her current state. I stripped her and handed over the emblems to Cleopatra.
She needs self protection of some sort like the majorty of the taunters and that has to be a unique one.
Cover mechanism undermines her, the pathetic heal over time to recover âcoverâ ( ) is not ideal for her, because her biggest threat is getting dispelled/buff stolenâŠ
She desperately needs a unique ability to protect herself and the taunt state (Similar to Queen Guowangâs vengeance, or BKâs damage drop, or Krampusâs undispellable self defense). Otherwise 6 turns of buffs mean nothing.
I recently saw a video mentioning her being used on the flank by one player in a high rank alliance during rush war. Seems like she is not that bad that you would drop her into the soul descent
Three years with the game, I rarely go by other peopleâs words but mainly look at things via my experience.
Without a strong protection, she is mainly useless ⊠those 6 turns are more a liability with heroes like Hatter stealing the buffs

I would rather invest those mats in another hero who will be more valuable.
Her drop in SE will be much later as have other feedersâŠ.
I m expecting during next musket quest⊠she is rectified.
