Last 20 summons in TC 20 camp have been for me awful. 20 3*.
Is it because I recolect heroes one by one? Should I wait to collect al least 10?

I think there is no difference. If you have bad luck you have bad luck. Im collecting them one by one and got some 5*s so the method of collection does not matter.
The pulls are random, so both methods are equivalent. I prefer collecting the hero immediately so that I can either start levelling immediately or better plan on allocating resources.

I got a 5 star hero in January then in February and that’s it. All three and four stars rest of the year. But I only have one TC 20 pumping out a possible five star might have better luck if I used multiple TC 20s for that purpose.
It’s definitely luck. I had a string of 3*s for a long time, then suddenly got Marjana AND Joon back to back (I run two TC20s and got them on the same day).
Nevertheless, collect the hero at every 2 days. I’ve always done this. For a while I’ve run 3 TC 20 and in the last months I decided only for two (still hoping for Lianna, the only classic I want and I didn’t receive in TC 20). And if you run more than one TC 20, make them spawn in the same second. In 2019 I got over 30 legendaries only from TC 20: 5 Elkanen, 3 Vivica, 3 Richard, 2 of Magni, Joon, Thorne, Quintus, Elena, Khagan, Kadilen, Isarnia, Justice and only 1 of Domitia, Marjana and Azlar.
