Team this time. Cheshire grew up, and everyone levelled/emblemed a bit, so mostly just moving around deck chairs. I brought dragon banners to help with survivability and to counteract the -attack and dropped the axes.
My goal is to finish these trials without resorting to carpet bombing which I managed to do. Was tempted to bring 4/70 Skittleskull, but since sheās weak/neutral, I decided to keep Jack Sparrow around.
Used Danza, Layla +20, Ameonna, Gill-Ra +20, and making her debut this trial, Kelile. She subbed in for Jahangir. Made it a bit easier as I had another sniper. 2nd stage on my first go, I wasnāt watching Danza carefully and he got KOād before the boss stage. Luckily in both tries on the second stage he only froze once. Sorcerer and rogue emblems are being stocked for now. At least until I max Ameonna. Then I plan on taking her to +15. That delay talent is very useful.
On my alt, I took Sabina, 2 Scarletts, Dawa, and Skittleskull. The double scarletts actually helped with keeping all the enemy attacks reduced. Boss fight was hilarious as it was blade barrage after blade barrage. I only did the first stage because as with mostly everything on my alt, everyone was underleveled. I havenāt even leveled up Skittleskull yet. After I max out LJ, get Kashhrek to 3-60, then I will work on him. Sorcerer emblems are being saved for Sabina and rogue emblems are being saved for Scarlett #1.
I went with Danza (+4) Layla 2.40, Carver 3.50, Jahangir + 9 and Dawa 2.1. Finished 2nd stage with most of my items spent (arrows, health and mana small pots and antidotes)
It took me 3 tries. Last time only had 4 available leveled heroes. I added Mitsuko this time around. She will get the emblems and Janaghirās emblems too when I get enough rings. Scarlett will probably get the rogue emblems for now. I have Marjana but she a behind Mitsuko for leveling.
I need some advice: As I am lacking one more better hero for this trial, who should I level (first)? Danza or Ameonna? Iām tending to Danza, I have Ameonna on my alt and like her very much, she often saves my butt with her ghost form, but on my main account with my advanced roster, I think, Danza would be the better option?
@AngelOfDark666 I would say Danza. This trial he was lucky for me as I got a double swords in the boss fight. Granted if you can put up with the freeze then Danza is all good.
I think my purple titan slot is good enough. I have no problem with maxing Danza, I think. Given my other options, he will be more of a fun hero, maybe for some last war flags. I have some more 5* options for this trial, including Ursena and Margaret, but I considered a 4* first, because theyāre easier to max.
I have both and use them extensively. I like them both very much. For this trial, I think Danza is the better choice. You have a purple boss but no yellow one, so that argues for Danza and against Ameonna. Her tile damage boost will be negated by the color mismatch. Sheās also really squishy, so you could end up having to use healing potions on her, even through the mob waves. Danza, by contrast, Iāve found to be remarkably hearty. Finally, as @Aunty_Krauser mentioned, when you get lucky on his specials, Danzaās a monster. Check out my post above for how he can really get rolling.
You may want to look at other heroes you have. I see inari and guardian Jackel being used. I donāt have either of them. I do have danzaburo but use ameonna because I can stack with her and other heroes. I recommend considering your whole deck in making this decision. Should you get heroes that pair better with the one you do not choose, you can always level them later.
I would definitely work on Mitsuko if you donāt have another pressing red to work on. Looks like you donāt have a strong mana control for this trial, and she is SO useful (wish I had her). Then, Iād work on Ursena. Sheās a good AOE, dealing a lot of damage. Nothing wrong with going heavy on the sorcerers over the rogues. I think Scarlet is gonna be your best rogue out of that group. I know both of these 5* will take longer to level, but they will be useful for the trial even at a lower level.
