No healers war Defense team

Hi sages …

What do you think about full attacking war Defence team with no healers (arrows field aid).

This is my best heroes and I wonder how good it will be in war?

I would go with option #2 as far as rainbow and no miki. Do u have any other 5* options for wilbur’s spot?

Thanx

I thought my Miki is pretty bulky and maybe he can shoot once and then his elemental blue will help magni too

Anyway. This is the other option (I can acended anzogh but I don’t like that)

I know you want no heals but i feel boldtusk is the better play than wilbur here. I’m not a giant fan of wilbur in war defense

Even thou be can pave the way for justice low attack?

Yes. Boldtusk is good for now but later I will need his embelms for Kingston…at least I am thinking about it

Also. I asked if no healers is good… How would you build better Defence here with four star healers?

And of course with Miki I am about 4150 with bt I will be about 4000

Team power rating is just a mathematical number. It’s not a synergy rating.

And yes the latest one you posted i think is what i would go with

Possibly flank seshat and wing boldtusk. It’ll improve the speed of your front 3. Sesh is pretty durable so i think she would give boldtusk time to fire still in the corner(not ideal, but workin with what you have)

Miki is bad for defense

He is slow, his special is non damaging, non healing, and the elemental link mana bonus that you would think would help magni doesnt really do much

Miki special only buffs “normal damage” aka slash attacks and tile damage

Defense is pretty capped on how much normal damage it can do each match due to countdowns between slash attacks and countdown start points being RnG along with special skill triggers restarting the countdowns.

He doesnt buff special skills. And his mana is too slow for the silence to be of value in defense.

I dont use healers in raid defense, neither war defense except field aid ones

Thanx!

Can you explain this paragraph please?

Defense is pretty capped on how much normal damage it can do each match due to countdowns between slash attacks and countdown start points being RnG along with special skill triggers restarting the countdowns.

And how well is it working on defense? Can you know?

My defense is all or nothing. I prefer a very fast offensive team than relying on healers. It’s working well so far keeping me in diamond. It’s joon - kageburado - black knight - kingston - alasie

“Normal damage” in defense is the “slash attacks” a defense team does

Go into a raid and notice the numbers beside each hero that counts down to when they attack. Those attacks they do at zero are “slash attacks/normal damage attacks”

They dont have unlimited tile moves or cascades like offense does so “normal damage buffs” aren’t as valuable on defense as they are on offense(worth mentioning that i think even offense has like 50 moves before the tie breaker mode kicks in)

If you can make 3 to 4 tile moves(not even counting combos within the moves) for every 1 time they do a slash attack, then it shows that buffing normal damage on defense just doesnt hold value compared to the value it has on offense

If miki fires his skill and buff his defense allies normal damage by 130% and it lasts for 5 turns but only 2 of his allies attacked with normal damage for those 5 turns then his special skill was a big waste

Also i would always recommend running at least 1 heal in war defense. Only time i would consider an exception is field aid and it would take a good synergy even then.

Reason for at least 1 heal in War D, is you’re wanting to eat as many of the opponents flags as possible with your defense. Heals helps that on both 1 shot and cleanup attempts vs your defense.

Try it for 6 wars and track the # of flags vs the number of deaths for your defense. If you dont like the average result per war, try something else and see if it improves. What i would do.

1 shots happen every war to every team at least once.

As long as the enemy flag count is higher than the deaths and not equal, then you know you’re at least in the right direction. And average it out btw, i wouldnt judge war to war.
