That is the huge thing with the Ninjas (Legends) - if the AI holds them for a 3rd Charge - they are destructive. They weren’t doing that when I was facing them just what a week and 1/2 ago (if I’m recalling timing correctly). Now they are doing so more often. Garnet tank seems to go off every other turn as well…

I raid a lot and faced many ninja teams in the last 1 month. I noticed the same thing; Cobalt and Onyx mainly 3rd charge, barely 1st charge. Garnet tank almost every 1st charge…they dodge 50% of tiles and special skills damage They are stronger and stronger!

Yep. They have been adjusted. I know they do that. Same was with XXXX and XXXX. They weren’t very good initially then became very powerful heroes. Ninjas are next level as are many of the S3 Valhalla heroes. Frigg & Alfrike rule (if she has green tiles your fd and if Alfrike fires and hits 4-5 same)…

As you may have seen the Ninjas are best in a pack of 3 or 5 (which you have in the lower). However removing Jade then puts you outside what his testing identified as best scenarios for the Ninjas. Just making that point.

Odin damage is based on yellow tiles so his damage is random as well as the mana boost. He can be devastating or blah where c kad is consistent. I think Odin is better personally cause c kad’s dodge isn’t game changing

Inari used to be one of my Favs… till something happened between us after I maxed her twin… now neither performs for me like previous. They are benched. C-Kad however has the advantage of AOE Immediate Damage and the additional damage by Minions (per Dodge + they act as additional HP increases for the hero that dodged). I do not have readily available Kad vids.
Kad + Frigg (their fast nature stack is solid).

Quick note Anchors grades on Ninjas are by charge (that is not represented I take the median grade for the card)

Problem with Ninjas is that they work very well only if you got 3 or 5 of them, otherwise they are too slow to be meaningful. I did about a 100 raids or so with all 5 ninjas and any permutation of the setups with 1,2,3,4,5 ninjas. They work the best when they have their full family bonus as the amount of dodges and the counter really make a difference. They do however offer something no other setup does and that is unprecedented versatility, you can choose when to fire and wait for a slow hero or act like a V. Fast one unlike normal heroes which offers [minor] agility in choices. They are by far the most fun combo to raid with
THE QUESTION WAS ASKED ARE THE NINJA TROOPS A GOOD OPTION TO USE IN WAR?
I overheard the response, no they are just good for Titans. I have 1 dark and 1 red myself. I wanted to provide a better answer so really to a closer look:

I actually like the fact that the Charge Troops do not have HEALTH (therefore you get high ATTACK / and good DEFENSE additions on the war-field no penalties for the CRIT HEALTH! Yet have 15% Bypass vs such type of special skills that otherwise reflect or block.
I’m not going to max mine as I’ve already got my Manas maxed otherwise if I were just starting, I would max them… (and give to a higher health hero)
6% more attack than a Mana can give and only lose 1% of defense. Instead of Mana you have Bypass.

These are worth someone trying out. Yeah and they start off immediately at 23% attack increase at level one that’s nice.
They granted are a little niche. Just have to use on an appropriate hero I think and BAM more damage…
and the Bypass…
I might have to bring one up just to see now… (I’m basically done with my Manas).
Especially if you put on a hero that already has a XX% Bypass Talent, this would increase its odds.
