Okay so purple wise I have Kunchen, Clarissa, Seshat all maxed. My dilemma is who to ascend next C.Domitia, 2nd Seshat, or I pulled a Quintus from TC20. Although I think I know what people think of him. As for emblems I already stretch ranger and have several 4*rogues emblemed.
Go 2nd Seshat. She’s better than Domitia and Quintus

I do like my Quintus but Seshet is a beast.
Though if you had Dons costume that does change things though as that is highly rated.
But Seshet is definitely better than standard Dom
Between costumed Dom and Seshat, the latter still edges the former by reason of the fast mana, replicator minion and least costly to ascend.

True but she also adds something Seshet doesn’t so can be considered for depth and utility.

A 2nd Seshat is also for depth. A 2nd Seshat has also utility. What Dom offers is variety. Again, Seshat edges costumed Dom in mana speed, replicator minions (which add additional damage and health to your Seshat and the more minions she has the more damage it inflicts and more health shield it provides to Seshat) and cheaper to ascend since you need to max the original and costume versions of Dom to gain the max costume bonus. Not only that, Seshat has a very usable Element Link and resistance to direct mana reduction both absent from Dom. As for cleansing, we all usually bring with those heroes Rigard, who handles all the healing and cleansing not only to 3 heroes but to all.
Definitely Seshat 2… While i do like the variety of heroes, but in this case Sesh for the win

I’d go Dom costume before second Seshat. With a low mana troop she is functionally fast mana at nine tiles, and brings a different skill set. Average mana heroes get great boosts from a costume and Dom’s also offers some nice abilities
Above all, a new toy is more fun than a dupe, and it’s a game, yeah?

I forgot to add Freya to the lineup. I just pulled her recently. I kinda like her.
Domitia with costume bonus IMO.
I do agree that Seshat is still better, but only by a little bit now. The difference is small enough that I’d say variety is a bit more helpful to have.
Domitia+cb has better stats, better sniper power, and a very underrated holy defense buff that can help you sponge a Drake flails attack and still come out healthy.
Not to mention cDomitia is a 3-range offensive cleanser. Yes, Rigard is better for cleansing the entire team, but cDomitia adds raw power to your purple stack too – sometimes another snipe is all you need to kill that troublesome flank or wing.
Also, you can always use both Seshat and Domitia+cb or cDomitia + Rigard in the same team. Nothing saying you can’t. You get the best of having all the benefits of either a secondary dispeller or secondary cleanser.
Domitia’s emblem tree also happens to be one of the easiest to set, because Rogue and Ranger share the exact same attack path for both classes 
e.g. with 4* paths:
So giving emblems to either Domita+cb or cDomitia and following the path above, guarantees that both formes will have the best attack stat!
Since Domitia uses Rogue emblems (primary class) and Seshat uses Ranger emblems, that will give you the flexibility to also have two emblemed 5* dispellers. You would have to further stretch your Ranger emblems with another Seshat.
So yeah, there’s no doubt in my mind, you should do Domitia and I’d say she’s probably deserving most of your Rogue emblems too once she’s fully ascended.

Go for variety rather than dupe for more thoroughly experience playing this game.
Yes seshat is better but u will not c.domitia with cleanse isn’t bad
I like this philosophy, so go with Costume Domitia. You can argue whether Seshat is better or worse, but you already have one.
Well, that changes things. I personally would go with Freya, but I don’t have her and wish I did, ha! More seriously, Costume Domitia is great, and so is Freya, but they are very different. Go for the one you think would be more fun, or help you the best in a purple stack or minion spawning team.

Thank I needed that. I’m presently backfilling my 4*'s for challenge so working on filling out Tib + his costume. I have costumes for Quintus and Dom and a full set of pretty purple dresses. Seshat, Khoina, G Pather, Sartana, and Clar all have theirs. Another Khoina and Dom are all looking for new dresses, Their sizes are 3-70. Another Seshat is window shopping with her boyfriend Quintus. So, who is the next to get dressed for the ball?
I would do C.Domitia just because it’s faster to level up. I would never use the regular Domitia so i would level her up to 4/1 and then max the costume to 4/80. It saves a lot of feeders and food. C.Domitia’s cleanse is also really nice especially if you don’t have enough Rigards to go around for all your war teams yet. You can use Rigard for another war team and then pair C.Domitia with Kunchen so you have a fast dispel to 3 and a slow dispell on all in the same team.
Seshat might be a slightly superior hero overall but C.Domitia has higher stats all around and can charge in 9 tiles with a lvl 5 mana troop (essentially fast speed). That way you can give your higher level mana troop to another hero.
Well, just saying. I just shared my experience on both heroes since I have them with Seshat unemblemed and Domitia+4 maxed on both original and costume bonus. My other purples maxed are Kage+19, Panther+9, Clarissa and Sartana. In wars and in raids, my Dom is the only one who is not getting action because she is the slowest mana among my maxed purples. Even if you support her with the proper mana troop to shave a tile, she still lags behind on instances where there is some cascade. That was the reason I prefer a second Seshat for me to replace my Sartana in attacking. But yeah, variety is good. Not in this case though. Good luck
