I pulled Natalya at the end of last year and haven’t had the chance to properly test her out yet. I’m curious though as to how her special would affect someone like Kingston who has a resistance to ‘burn’ attacks.
Natalya’s attack only does burn DOT (and reduces mana generation) with extra damage against nature.
Does this mean that Nat’s special does no damage to Kingston?

That is correct. Kingston would only get the mana generation debuff from her.

Natalya is useless against kingston. Only the mana reduction affects him.
