[Math, Guesstimate] Using Extra Fast training ( RT19 ) to use up extra food with Legendary training ( RT20 ) acting as a buffer to simplify the math required [More Math, Math Apocalypse]

Multiplier

1x Legendary training equals approximately 16x Extra fast training ( see table ) if using to level a 5* hero. This includes the food necessary to level the 5* hero with the resulting 1* heroes.

Stops working at level 49 for a 5* hero.

| Rarity | Multiplier | Max level |
|—|—|—|—|
| 5* hero | 16x | 49 |
| 4* hero | 22x | 37 |
| 3* hero | 28x | 29 |

Guesstimate

This method is a guesstimate, rule of thumb, etc.

Especially when leveling a rainbow team, the heroes will vary a lot in levels, and often rarity.

Add RNG, and it is impossible to predict the food, and Hero XP, for leveling heroes.

So it is impossible to predict how many Extra fast training ( RT19 ) you can get out of each Legendary ( RT20).

Using this table

This requires three training camps, 1x Legendary training ( RT20), 1x Extra fast training ( RT19 ) and 1x Extra low cost training ( RT11 ).

When you have extra food, store it in Legendary training ( RT20).

When you have enough extra, Legendary training, use the above table to figure out how many Extra fast ( RT19) trainings to start.

Minimum should be 50x to 100x Extra fast training ( RT11 ) since 1x Legendary training ( RT20) becomes 50x Extra fast training ( RT19 ).

Example

If I have 10x extra Legendary training ( RT20), and I am leveling 4* heroes, I could start 220x Extra fast training ( RT19).

One at a time, remove 1x Legendary training ( RT20), use the food and recruits to start Extra fast training ( RT19) until you reach your target.

Transfer training from Extra low cost ( RT11 ) to Extra fast ( RT19 ) to use any extra food from the previous step.

([Math, Notes] Food remaining from Extra Fast training ( RT19 ) when hoarding food in Guaranteed Rare, Elite or Legendary ( Answer 22k+ ) [ More Math ])

Example

I would do it one at a time until I had 220x Extra fast training ( RT19 ).

When the Extra fast training ( RT19) is done, use the 1* heroes to level your current team.

When you need more food, for the previous step, transfer training from Legendary training ( RT20) to Extra low cost ( RT11 ).

Note: you will probably have extra Legendary training ( RT20) at the end of this process since the goal of this table is to guesstimate the amount. Not calculate an exact number.
