Is there any way we can find out when they are planning to release next Secret Summon Hero? The usual period for release that we can see from past released heroes has already passed and here we are waiting and wondering if they are even going to release one during Kalevala. A lot of people are holding EHTs for this particular reason. They are stalling, not even communicating on that topic. Any way you can maybe ask staff, @PlayForFun , @Dudeious.Maximus ? Any info would be appreciated.

Yeah, I am waiting for that reason too (would try my luck for C. Kullervo) but I am getting feeling that SGG doesn’t want to people get good heroes with EHT (if going by new Beach Party heroes and Otso). Since start of Kalavela, which is almost 3 weeks, there was no Secret Summon, and last one was between Beach Party and Kalavela I think.

I’m holding my pulls. Technically the will differ depending on when i pull but because i have no way of knowing what I’m missing, it all just collapses on what i actually pull…
Yeah, i can see their reluctance not releasing a rare, probably good hero, when it can be obtained without much spending, like EHTs. However, they should at least communicate with us on the topic. I/we have some EHTs saved for potential Secret Hero Summon during this seasonal event and at the moment they are making us wait possibly for nothing. If they are not going to release it during Kalevala, just communicate with us so those of us who want to pull in this portal wait no longer. We’ve been waiting for a few weeks now for nothing. Simple communication is what we need, even if it is going to be disappointing outcome.

quick bug discussion…
Evelyn went insane and attacked her and her neighbor… no big deal.
She then sent her elemental link towards Daroga who had his 2x lb dodge active… and he dodged her elemental link… so… not a huge deal… but dodging buffs… it raises the question of quality control.

No way that they will hold off until september
I wouldnt be surprised if they hold until Kalevala is over to be honest. Might be very sneaky move from them but i would accept it. I just want to use my stocked EHTs already and while i am almost certain i wont get the secret hero with my stocked numbers and odds of 0.1%, i would rather wait and take that little chance. My roster is nothing much impressive so any good hero would be appreciated. And that is why i am open to wait but i would like to know if that waiting has a good end on my part. If they are not going to release a secret hero during Kalevala just communicate with us so we can plan what to do with our stocked EHTs…a simple communication. It has already passed more than the usual time for releasing such hero…

So have we now entirely just ditched the Secret Heroes, huh? The 'Well? We’re waiting!" meme springs to mind.
On a side note, are Secret Heroes that op anyway? The self-inflicted insanity of Rashan just won the fight for me in alliance war. Genuinely asking because at 3k cups I don’t get too many Secret Heroes as opponents.

Won’t they run a secret summon alongside the Harvest summon? They did for the Solstice (iirc)

Good question, in which case I’d like to know whether those bonus pulls you get in Harvest portal can also net you Secret summon, or just regular pulls.
They are making a dedicated portal for Secret/Shadow heroes and making them not so rare anymore…maybe this is why we have not seen a secret hero in a while…
If you go to the link below, in beta, they tested a shadow quest that gives Shadow Coins which I am guessing means a new portal with secret heroes…
So maybe from now on secret heroes will only be obtained through the new portal and not added as a 0.1% to all pulls like before.
Not sure how I feel about this. May flood the game with secret heroes…they already have counter heroes that resist insanity prepared as well.
I think this is a bad change. I don’t want a secret hero portal. I kinda liked how it was a rare chance but applied to all active portals.
Le Sigh - even something super rare that was cool they have to kill…

Hate to say this but my summoning has gone down big time since they stopped adding secret heroes as a bonus chance. I know it is only 0.1% but i did get lucky and got Atwood and Zavinia. I didn’t expect to get any but it was a cool addition.
Hope they bring back secret heroes and way more often. Staying as a bonus draw.
