Secret Summon

  • There is no exclusive summon portal for the heroes, but they are added as a Bonus Draw for exiting summon portal for selected limited duration summons.
  • Confirmed summons with this chance (but it will be there everywhere, where there is bonus chance to Hero of the Month):
    • Elemental Summon
    • Epic Hero Summon
    • Goblin Summon
    • Aliiance Quest Summon
  • Only 1 Secret Hero is Featured at any time similarly to Hero of the Months.
  • The name of the Featured Secret Hero is shown bellow the Fated summon, and the remaining time when the featured hero will be changed.
  • If you click on this section, then the hero card is shown without any information other than the Special Skill Name. All other information is marked with ??? and the hero portrait is not visible either. The class, passives and family is also unknown.
  • Apprearance Rates addon to the Bonus Draw section:
    • Secret Summon Hero: ā€˜(Specific hero name here)ā€™: 0.1%

Insanity Status Effect

  • New Status effect: Insanity
    • Insanity has a percentage chance of reversing the targeting of a Special Skill cast.
    • When Insanity activates,
      • Special Skills that target enemies instead will target allies, anc vice versa.
      • Special Skills aimed at caster will be case on a random target.
      • Special Skills aimed at a target wil be case on the caster.
    • Insanity cannot be dispelled or cleansed,
      *Heroā€™s Insanity can be lowered by 10 each time they are healed. Direct heals from Special Skills lower Instanity only once per cast.
      *Insanity drops to 0 when a Special Skill is cast on revered targets.
    • Reaching 100 Insanity automatically casts a Special Skill when mana is full.
  • Some extra information about this Status Effect
    • Insanity is NOT removed by War Equalizer.
    • It cannot be resisted by Clerics as none of the ailment blocks or protections work. Also not by Monks as Insanity does not prevent the use of Special Skills.
    • None of the status ailment blocks, reflecters and protections work against Insanity.
    • Insanity can not be cleansed even with cleansers who remove uncleansable ailments too.

So, does the seasonal summon count to this? I have 1x EHT and thatā€™s all, I dont really want to use in the seasonal but if there is a chance of a secret hero I may as well try.

Yes it works, you can see Atwood in the Seasonal Portalā€™s odds. Always check the tooltips. Tooltips are you best friends.

Please include Enigmo and Myztero into this Secret family and make them as powerful as the Atwood. They both are really weak and quite useless.

They really went with the 0,1% pull chance for 24 hours. Well good luck to any superwhales chasing this one

Guess itā€™s time to start hoarding EHTā€¦ past time really. Canā€™t imagine itā€™s ever going to happen. 1 in 1000. Donā€™t know if Iā€™ve had 1000 EHT.

Iā€™m more curious about WTH is the Epic Hero Summon??

Epic Hero Summon = You can only see it when a Seasonal Summon is not active.

Itā€™s also an oddly named summons in which you can also pull legendary heroes, but itā€™s not recommended as all its heroes are restricted to season one.

Itā€™s typically best to use ā€œEpic Hero Tokensā€ in seasonal events especially at times when there are featured heroes or a HotM that youā€™d like to pull.

But Iā€™m wondering whether SGG are rigging against the choice to keep stocks of tokens by adding mystic pulls, if these pull for watching an advert offers appear at the bottom of a token stack.

I presume it is unlikely they move the next secret hero date. I donā€™t want to do my not atlantis and covenant pulls if they move they day to Sundayā€¦

Iā€™m sure the Secret Summon will eventually happen at the same time as Untold and Covenant, even if not this week. So I think itā€™s now optimal to never do any summons, except on the Secret Summon days

Iā€™m going to wait till Sunday to do my cov/untold pulls. I doubt they will move it one dayā€¦ but there is no reason to rush. I do like doing dune pulls because I only have hathor and esetā€¦ so Iā€™ll throw a few pulls at the portalā€¦ maybe lightning will strike twice.

Soā€¦ Based on my experience with omenā€¦ I do not think l want meloncoliaā€¦ Clearing insanity is a painā€¦ And if she brings everyone backā€¦ It will be a mess.

I think itā€™s utterly silly to change your pull strategy based on a 1 in 1000 chance to get one of these heros. You either pull enough to have a significant chance and therfore donā€™t need them, or you donā€™t and shouldnā€™t bother trying. Good marketing if they get someone to spend more than usual to get one, but for the typical player itā€™s just a chance at being lucky.

I think I will track this thread, to see if/when those more knowledgeable than I, will begin sharing their strategies for dealing with insanity.
