Earlier today, we learned that the difficulty level of the new Alliance Quest: Brave Musketeers event was accidentally set too high; even our most veteran players, many who love tackling tough challenges, were being unduly frustrated by the staggering difficulty of certain stages. This was not intended at all and we’ve been urgently working on a fix since this morning.

In beta there were 25 replies for that event. Here I present you some highlights from nearly all of them. The 4 or 5 missing were people answering others or posting pictures of the final rewards, so no interesting feedback for this here. You can see everyone posting in beta was negative toward that event with not a single one thinking this new event was great.

Thank you Sg for listening so carefully to your players testing ■■■■ every day, and after releasing completely broken content talking about accidents. I’m done with testing anything in the future.

OMG, so - 50% damage, battle items deals 20% less damage. Wow it is very unpleasent surprise.

the stats for the enemies are high too

the boss of the 1st stage on rare difficulty didn’t even die when i fired all my special skills on him using the my usual mono blue.

Awful event. Seems just designed to drain off materials. Not fun to play. You need to completely re-design it.

Nah. Too long and too limiting. You’ve managed to take the fun away from most of quests and events. Don’t do it with this one too.

I like that the intention of this is to make it different to other events and you have to use a different strategy to beat the bosses, and boy do that hit hard… and I’ve only completed rare so far failing a few stages along the way

The damage reduction and counterattack together are very difficult every 3 turns. My alliance is top 1000 and I’d guess 1/3 of them will not be able to finish Legendary

So - if you release it as it is, my main concern would be the impact within current alliance and any subsequent “fallout” …
However, if you listen to what we are saying in beta about the new heroes being OP and subsequently “tone” them down, then the bosses we face in this event will be a little easier to defeat.

Start to ply rare , it was very hard, confusing with shields and swords make it harder to finish the stage, and missing Diamnonds make it worst I’m not sure I want to ply at this lvl

So, yeah, rare level is going to be a challenge to finish. I’m not looking forward to epic and legendary.

The change to shields adds something fun. But there are too many annoyances along the way playing the first few rare stages.

It is difficult and a total waste of resources, all for very little reward.

the enemies seemed too strong to defeat them even in the first levels, a lot of resources will be spent to win it, I’m not sure if it will be well received after its release
