Should I ascend marjana or grazul for my defence team they will be going in with alberich rana seshat Richard

I would rather face Grazul in that defense than Marjana, so I’d say Marjana if defense is your sole priority.

Emblemed Marjana.

Grazul as flank only if you have a very tough tank.

Hmmm interesting. Cause now I’m second guessing myself. I have Marjana and I was already set on ascending grazul. Problem is I’m also gonna ascend ariel and she is getting my cleric emblems. If I did Marjana then I can use rogue emblems on her as the only one taking up emblems now is jackal. I only have one sniper and that’s joon. Decisions decisions.

I’d say Marjana. I’m not impressed with Grazul. Maybe on offense she’s be good to great, but defensively she is weak.

Then take Marjana. You need more snipers in your roster.

Yep that’s what I decided on. Is the need for snipers greater then ascending ariel over magni tho. I already chose ariel but scopes are needed before decision is complete.

I went with Grazul over Marj. With all the new heros coming out, nxt months blind, Dot, she comes in handy being very fast. Blocks those nasty effects. Marj never appealed to me, hits weak imo. I maxed out Mituko, Grazul, and Anzogh with my 3 sets of rings. She still sits at 3-70. My red team is the only color lacking a sniper, but with Anzogh, wilbur, boldtusk, g. falcon combo, no sniper needed as that mono red team will clean house, and does every war. My opinion is level heros that are fun, and have variety different than your other heros. Defense is over rated, except if its for wars. Max a tank, new tanks come, old ones become easily countered…Variety of the skills is key, and Grazul is one of a kind. +1 her

Can’t go with that Marjana recommendations.
Red is my strongest colour. I maxed:
Grave>Mitsi>Zimmy>Anzogh>Elena>Marjana>Azlar(nearly maxed)
Listed by priority. Grazul is on par with Zimmy - both are great
Marjana is one of the weakest snipers in game, only better than Azlar and Khagan.
But that’ only my opinion. Please don’t underestimate Grazul (very fast is always very fast) and she is as good as Marjana on defense too…but a lot better on Offense

Yes on mono or red stack, Grazul is much better than Marjana.

Grazul makes other reds better and the whole team survives longer.

I think it depends on your roster, whether you have any other 5* reds ascended.

Grazul is a bit situational for me. I don’t even bring her on a raid unless there are at least 2+ enemies that debuff, BT is just a better healer when you discount the immunity. She’s also not too good in PvE generally.

Also her 2 turn immunity annoys me sometimes. If it was 3 turns, great, but there are quite a few situations where you have a move that might trigger a lot of tiles, and it’s not clear whether to fire her or not. Sometimes you’re too early, sometimes you’re too late. For a situational utility hero, I’d like her to be more reliable.

Marjana might not be the best but you will have her on every red stack if you don’t have any other 5* reds.

Lastly, 3/70 grazul is pretty durable and can get the job done on offense. 3/70 Marjana is going to be really on the weak side.

Yeah I have grazul at 3.70 and she does get the job done. I wouldnt dare use Marjana at 3.70 lol.
