it is not consistent with all heroes with negative aliments.
i have lepus c at 1/8 and it is still -24% mana.
Good for titans and rushwars yet slow speed makes this new card stay (far) behind orher buffers. Know that its not a super event card (like Pets, Ferdiand etc) however, imho, some reduction in buffs with the transition to average speed will surely makes this beatiful (in artwork) card useful in many many more battles! By the time Jasper gives heal over time, battle is almost at the last page… Hope devs give it a shot at average (with less crit etc) at beta 
Ps. The other fresh eastern event card (the lamb) is way too better than poor promising Jasper.

He needs to be reworked. He should at least boost health with so many buff blockers in the game. He doesn’t keep his team alive against 14* titans bc his heal is over time… it could at least be like Candy’s heal.
