So I got Marjana costume during this last event so I have all of them. I also have Arfanias so I’m unsure which to put my resources into when it comes to emblems. So any advice would be helpful thanks.
You got the toon version? I would put the emblems on her. Her stats are going to be more powerful. Plus her attack is guaranteed 538% damage. Arfanias varies from 360-550 based on enemy mana level.

Yeah I got the toon version. I was looking at her and thought she did look strong but the original costume was also looking good…and I was unsure if Arfanias was worth it.
I don’t even think she needs emblems with these stats lol

All costumes will get similar stat (because of the same bonus), so you can max the costume version you like. The toon’s selling point imo is its passive, so see which costume version like the most 
Marjana is better…plus every costume has its passive
I like the defense down against red costume passive its dispels buff with tiles
I get rid of taunt tanks easy with tiles…it gives me the time to build up a better attack for the other heroes
As we are on the topic of toons I have toon leonidas as well and now looking at him that 530 damage looks really good as well although he is average speed. Would he been worth leveling up as well?
I do like Arfanias too as a hero. Don’t use him as much these days but he is a solid hero with a good dodge. Just that Triple Costumed Funny Face Marjana is better. If you need the heroes though you could split emblems between the two. Here is my Arfanias:
With the massive power creep over the last 12-18 months, the game has become more and more about raw stats. These new toon costumes will give a hero 1300+ TP when double broken. That alone would give many reasons to level them up.
